What we can customize

What to send for a quote
- A drawing (PDF, CAD or a sketch), a sample, or photos of the part
- Thread: major diameter, pitch, form / standard, hand, number of starts
- Tolerance or pitch-diameter requirement (e.g. oversize before plating)
- Workpiece material and hardness (e.g. SS304, Al 6061, steel HRC30)
- Through or blind hole, thread depth
- Machine and coolant
- Quantity and target delivery date

Quantity and lead time
- No fixed minimum — samples and single pieces are possible; about half of our orders are 5 pieces or fewer
- Design drawing and quotation within 24 hours
